Subdivision Regulations Coalition

Many ND communities have experienced concerns with notification requirements, timing, and what can or cannot be administratively processed, and a variety of other frustrations. In the age where a one-month delay can result in the loss of a project, many professional organizations are gathering to streamline review and permitting processes where we hope to balance necessary review timelines with development-friendly industry standards.

NDPA is happy to join these efforts along side other professionals including ND Society of Professional Land Surveyors, ND County Recorders Association, ND League of Cities and many others we hope to recruit in the coming months.
